The Solitary Mixtape

After numerous rounds of single releases throughout 2025, The Solitary project has now uploaded the Midtown Goodfellas Publishing, LLC Official mixtape rough draft to the company’s website. This release features 22 recordings, including seven collaborations, marking the debut series for Solitary out of a catalog of 225 tracks.


 

Notably, the project includes contributions from acclaimed artists such as SPICE 1, GLASSES MALONE, KNG CROOKED, THE GAME, WESTSIDE BOOGIE, BREAL OF CYPRESS HILL, and EMINEM, also known as SLIM SHADY.


 

John S Lewis, a singer-songwriter and businessman, developed the animation visuals for this project after serving as one of Sample Lab & Anno Domini nation client. This experience inspired the creation of the ambitious “three headed monsters” project, bringing together The Sample Lab, Midtown Goodfellas Publishing, and Anno Domini Nation.


 

Midtown Goodfellas Publishing is pleased to announce the release of the Solitary Stem Package, crafted by John S Lewis and featuring the African American animated character, Official Nashville Kid. Published under the MGP Worldwide label, this package highlights hip hop gangster scene animation artwork and graphics.


 

The Sample Lab, founded by producer Dreamlife, is a respected music production company and boutique sample label. It specializes in supplying hip-hop, soul, and trap producers with high-quality, vintage-inspired audio loops, drum kits, and MIDI arrangements.


 

Anno Domini Nation, established in Los Angeles in 2004, is an internationally recognized music production and beat-licensing company. As a leader in the online marketplace for instrumental beats, Anno Domini Nation has pioneered the independent music leasing model, enabling artists to purchase beats and secure rights for their songs online.

Solitary the mixtape is slated for release during the 2026 holiday season. To ensure a successful launch, a series of marketing meetings has been scheduled throughout the coming months, beginning in June. These sessions will focus on assembling a dedicated administration team based in St. Petersburg, Florida, tasked with overseeing the project’s financial planning, film content, and promotional strategies. The objective is to build national awareness as well as engage local communities.
